At Inventables, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original box, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
